Working with children according to their unique "Brain DNA."

During "Brain Developmental Stages"

Prevention - the Ultimate Solution

Working with children based on their unique "Brain DNA" and the various stages of brain development is crucial in breaking the cycle of mental health crises.

1st. Stage - Environment - Pre-conception & Prenatal care stage
- the impact of environmental exposures on a child's brain. (For example; the Mother's mental health, diet habits, substance use, and environmental exposures will influence the embryo causing gene mutation and methylation.)

2nd. Stage - Me Stage - (Infancy, Day 1 to 11 months)
Life is all about "Me" - Am I being fed, loved, and taken care of fully? I need to feel safe and all my needs are being met fully according to my "Brian DNA." , the foundation of self-identity and a sense of love and belonging is being formed.
If something is missing here, the "first damaged building blocks" occur here. (For example; if the "Love" is somehow missing in a child's life during this stage, it is very hard for the person to trust love throughout their life, unless this building block gets repaired.)
The foundation and the first building blocks of "Love" are being made at this stage.

3rd. Stage - Me & You Stage - (11 months to 3 years)
- the Foundations of "Relationships" building blocks are being made here at this stage, which is why the child gets hooked with one parent or caregiver, and then switches and gets hooked to another caregiver. At this stage, they are exploring the relationship bond, and the mind wants to see what another person does and responds to with them. They explore the connections, responses, and attention. During the toddler years , the building blocks of self-awareness, social interaction, and trust are being established.

4th. Stage - Group Stage - Social Network - (3-5 years)
- As children enter the pre-school years , they are building the foundation of social connections and relationships, which are crucial for their future development.
It is highly crucial to understand the child's "Brain DNA," if they have "Quiet or Hyper Temperaments." and how you can help them adjust well to their environments and social interactions. Otherwise, the first damaged building blocks regarding "Social Anxiety" or overall "Anxieties" start here.

5th. Stage - School Years - Cognitive & Mental Health - (5-7, 7-11 years) - (11-13)
Building Blocks are building here at this stage. Throughout the elementary age , children continue to develop their sense of self and embark on a journey of exploration and discovery.

The middle school years (11-13) mark an important stage where children start shaping their identity and finding what truly resonates with them, laying the groundwork for their future choices.

6th. Stage - Early Teen & Late Teen years - Self-discovery - (13-16, & 16-19)
- a time for self-discovery and personal growth, where individuals begin to understand themselves better and form a clearer vision for their future.

7th. Stage - Young Adult years - Responsibilities - (19-29)
- Building the foundation to stand on for oneself and family. Taking full responsibility for one's actions and consequences.

It is crucial to understand the child's "Brain DNA" at every stage of life, and any mistake will cause damaged building blocks that would stay in memory and behaviors.

(For example; you cannot treat an "Active Brain Type" the same as an "Structured Brain Type.")

Every child is born with a unique "Brain Type, sensitivities, and Temperaments," and that is why their listening skills are different, as well as their learning process, you must understand their "Communication" style to be able to direct or discipline correctly for your teaching to be effective.

Taking a preventive approach to mental health and focusing on brain development during each stage is key to ensuring healthy growth and well-being.

By understanding children's unique "Brain DNA" and supporting their "Brain Developmental Stages", we can provide the necessary support and guidance to help them thrive. Prevention is not only the key but also the ultimate solution to promoting positive mental health and overall well-being.

The Influence of Nature and Nurture on Child Development

The question of whether children are "Born or Made?" has a complex answer - it's actually both. When children come into this world, they bring with them their own individual "Brain DNA" that sets them apart. This "Brain DNA" can be seen as the seed within each child, unique to their own potential.

However, it is also important to acknowledge that children are not solely shaped by their innate qualities. They are also greatly influenced by the environment in which they grow and develop. This environment acts as the nurturing ground for the seed within.

Parents play a crucial role in understanding and responding to the specific needs and characteristics of their child's "Brain DNA." By doing so, they can provide the necessary guidance and support that will help their child reach their full potential.

Similarly, educators have a significant impact on a child's development. It is essential for them to recognize and cater to the individual "Brain DNA" of each student. By adapting teaching methods and creating an environment that aligns with their unique qualities, educators can effectively nurture and enhance a child's learning experience.

In conclusion, children are both born with their own distinct "Brain DNA" and shaped by the environment in which they are raised.

Recognizing and understanding the child's "Brain DNA" allows parents and educators to provide the best possible support and guidance to help children thrive and reach their full potential.
